        Just had an amazing experience with Gina! As a first-time policy holder, I had no idea what I was doing. Gina walked me through everything I needed to do, in which order and which papers I needed, then she helped me shop around for a good insurance policy. She explained all the variables in layman's terms and I was able to get a better quote than what Progressive gave me. 10/10 would recommend!

        The woman (Gina) I spoke with was rude and not helpful when I called. I wouldn't bother calling unless you want to talk with someone who doesn't care about what you're looking for.
