        I ususally like to stay at Kimpton hotels but this one is disappointing. I called 3 times to get to talk to someone in order to get an extra bed..I started to suspect this hotel has labor shortage issue. There are no free water in the room, no hot water kettle. The power plug doesnt work. I got up the next day finding my phone not charged! The remote control is broken. No shower cap. No one opened the door for me upon arrival and I had to struggle getting in with my luggage. The workers there are not even friendly. And the sound proof is not good, either! I can heard people coughing! And they got the bill wrong!

        Perfect hotel for a stay in Boston. Quiet, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room. The staff is very helpful. 5 minutes walk from a metro station on the green line. The valet parking lot is very convenient for parking during your stay. It's a good value for Boston. There is a Cheesecake Factory nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.
