image Rooms were very nice - ample space, comfortable beds, very clean! Only request would be if there was better lighting in bathroom. Light only over sink area & I found it hard to read Shampoo, etc bottles in tub area as it was so dark. Employees at Front desk at arrival & departure were VERY welcoming, helpful & fun. All 4 were GREAT, and names that stand out are Sandra & Samia.

image Woof, are you kidding. Worst customer service possible. No coffee, hard stares by the front desk. The pricing is quite expensive for what you could do in the main Square. Also no shuttle service. No advantage to book here. Yikes. Thanks Yelp.

image Meh! Stayed as rest of the office group was here and was close the workshop location. Good - location (nr MIT), comfy beds, large room. Bad - terrible shower, very basic toiletries on wall dispensers. Would not return
Rooms: Good comfy beds, dated bathroom with very poor pressure in showers
Walkability: Very close MIT
Food & drinks: Good Japanese tepanyaki restaurant downstairs

image Very disappointed with the rude reception lady. The hotel room is good and location convenient if you have a car and all the rest reception people are very nice and friendly. Im quite happy that there is a guest laundry as well. But we were very disappointed with the reception lady on 29th March Friday late night about 11pm and check out on 2nd April Morning about 10:30. We asked about the parking by phone first, the lady picked up the phone said it is possible to park on the street but be careful with the permit only sign. When we arrived, we asked the rude reception lady at the reception (to make sure we could park there), who acted really weird and rude. Refuse to give useful information and like we were a total freak to ask this question. Im not mad with the fact that she refuse to provide information, but her attitude. And she asked my name to check in, I gave her my name, not an English name of course as Im a foreign traveler. Shes like what? What is your weird name again? I feel really offended by the way she treated customer. At the checkout it was her again and unfortunately we were treated badly again. Im tired of describing the detailed situation. It is a shame that all the rest of the team are so nice and she is so rude. We also observed how she was interacting with other customers and it looks like we were the only one being treated like this. I would demand an investigation on this matter if we were not on travel.
