This review is for Marilyn specifically. I have hesitated for months to write this, but I feel the need to be honest. She is very, very sweet, very kind. It is clear she cares. I think she has a good heart. But I don't think she should be working right now. She needs to choose between her job as a healer and her job as a nurturer for her child. Her communication timetable is not reliable, which was evident in that it sometimes took her quite a bit to get back to me. This hit particularly deeply when, in the middle of herbal treatment (during the pandemic, no less), I gave her an update and asked a few questions and then didn't hear back from her for over a month. It wasn't that my email was missed, or that it went to a spam box. She just left it. To her credit, she apologized about this, but being as I had explained to her my experience with other doctors and healers not listening to me, I was so disappointed that I just give up on her entirely. It was the final nail in the coffin that has made working with her feel completely unreliable. Who would want to work with someone to heal who you have shaky confidence will actually be there for you? It's, perhaps, a case of "taking on more than you can chew." I hope one day Marilyn is able to figure out how to strike this balance so that it is easier for her future patients to have faith in her.

Sharon Pae, one of the acupuncturists at this clinic, is amazing.  Similar to many people with desk jobs, I have shoulder and back aches.  The aches got particularly bad after a surgery a few years ago. I got massages every few months and but they only helped for a few days. Then I decided to give acupuncture a try.  Sharon was so patient and nice, she ask a lot of questions and she quickly noticed that one of my shoulders (the one with more pain) was higher than the other! She addressed my qualms about needles. And honestly, you don't even notice it - the treatment was super relaxing. After the treatment, Sharon suggested that I try out cupping because she thought that would be helpful for my condition. Boy was it helpful! Now I understand why Michael Phelps raves about it! I've seen her a few times now and, every time, I feel so relaxed and the relief lasts for weeks at a time! I'm sure with more treatments, it'll get even better.  Sharon also gave me tips for stretches and exercises I can try as well to develop better habits and work towards more permanent relief. She really cares about her patients.  I recommend Sharon without reservation!

I've been receiving ongoing acupuncture treatments for my headaches and chronic indigestion/stomach pain issues with Sharon Pae. She is truly gifted and well trained in what she does. By the end of each session with Sharon, I felt incredibly rested and renewed with a significant reduction in my sinus headaches and also noticed a decrease in my chronic stomach pain. Sharon doesn't just treat but explains the reasoning for each treatment and allows you to engage in the process. She is gentle and only advises whatever you are comfortable with. As a result of her gentle and patient approach, I know many friends who have successfully received treatment with her despite possessing needle phobia. I would highly recommend Sharon if you are looking for a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who is caring, knowledgeable and can truly help you meet your pain management and overall health wellness goals. She's super sweet so I guarantee that you'll love her just as much as I do.

For many years, I've been experiencing neck and shoulder pain, and I've been desperate to find something that can help. I've gotten massages; I've done spas. But the pain always came back within the next hour. Someone suggested acupuncture, but I was hesitant. Then one day, I mustered up the courage to try it out, and that's when Sharon did wonders to my neck and pain areas.Sharon is one of the acupuncturists at this clinic. She started out by asking a lot of questions to figure out where exactly the pain was and how long it was going on for. And after that, all I had to do was relax and let the wonders of acupuncture do its work. At the end of it, I felt relaxed and I was able to freely move my neck again! I'm no longer afraid or hesitant of acupuncture; rather, I'm very thankful and it's something I want to encourage more people to explore. If you're experiencing any pain, if massages and spas and chiropractor treatments don't seem to work, try acupuncture! And I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Sharon at this clinic!
