I walked into my first hot yoga class and immediately fell in love with the place from the staff to the clientele, Ive been coming for about 2 years now and Im so glad to have found a place to work out thats fun, relaxing but intense and made some friends along the way. If you havent tried a class before like me when I first started, you wont be disappointed, you leave feeling relaxed and addicted to wanting more. Highly recommend this yoga studio and they offer other types of classes if you become a monthly member.

Love it! Takes more mental focus than physical. Is a great challenge every time! Instructors and Participants are extremely welcoming and caring!

I am very familiar with Inferno Hot Pilates, and decided to try a class at a BYB while on Xmas Vacation. Huge studio, super clean, very friendly and welcoming owner. And amazing instructors. I am definitely now a returning customer!

I started with a 3 month membership via groupon, but will easily extend my membership, this place melts your stress and anxiety away after the class. Even if everything at work and home is a mess, coming here resets all the chatter and negative talk in your head (oh and you get in great shape too!). Everyone comes for different reasons, and mine is to get rid of stress. Maybe you'll come here for the same maybe more for physical health, equally great. The owner actually cares about the people here, the instructors are kind and many will help you get the best you can out of the class. I go to bikram yoga ~4x a week and pilates once maybe twice and it's a perfect balance for your mind and body. Everyone is supportive here too--it's like a community of good friends, even if we don't talk much, it's an understanding we all came here and we'll do our best on the mat. It's no judgement and everyone lifts one another here. Everyday is different on the mat as in life, so if you remain solid in class, good for you, if you need to sit one out, good for you. You made it to the mat! You're here!
