Ginger and her team at Roots are simply the best. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roots and Ginger through a friend, and although I was intimidated because I had no experience at all, Ive never looked back. The entire team is welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, very supportive of each students needs and limitations and I leave class each time fulfilled both physically and emotionally. There is something very special that happens within the safety of those 4 walls and I just feel so fortunate to have found them and to have Roots in my life. Roots is #1 on so many levels! THANK YOU ALL.

I have been going to roots for over 8 years now and its been so helpful to me personally, and professionally. Since Covid I feel like we have lost so much community, kindness, and connections. Roots brings it all back. The teachers are all amazing and have their own style of teaching. Ginger is incredibly welcoming, so kind to all with so much knowledge she make sure that we're all safe in our poses. I truly feel I am a better person because of Roots and the teachers that we are so lucky to have!!!

I looked up yoga studios near me and stumbled upon Roots Yoga. I bought the newcomers deal of 2 weeks of unlimited yoga but I will definitely be purchasing a pack of classes once my two weeks is up. Its an incredibly welcoming space to practice yoga at any level. Upon entering, I just felt a sense of calm and ease. I very much recommend
