Honestly I was pleasantly surprised with how responsive Star was to my requests for maintenance issues and other requests. I received responses to email inquiries during evenings and weekends, which was above and beyond what I'd expected. The building in which I lived was nothing fancy, and was just a temporary spot, so it wasn't in the greatest shape ever, but for what it was, Star took care of my needs and was very reasonable and easy to work with. Michael Nader, their VP, was particularly helpful.

Absolutely garbage company and landlord. Disgusting apartments, dirty buildings. Trash everywhere. Horrible and rude company boss who hikes up the price on everything just to scam you and charges for every little thing in apartments. Overall a terrible experience and would recommend anyone considering to rent with this scummy company to go with anyone else or go anywhere else.

This review is for Star Realty Huntington Avenue properties. Piles of trash in torn bags all over the front property. Terrible waste management. Can only imagine what is looks like inside. I would classify this as a problem property that is exacerbating the rat population. City of Boston should put lien on property. Frustrating to be a neighbor of this filthy property. They should pressure wash scummy sidewalks in-front of building too. Star Realty, DO BETTER!!
