I had them come to my house to clear my kitchen drain. They made me sign a contract that they were not responsible for anything that was to break. They didn't clear the drain. The dented my refrigerator with their equipment. They went in through the cast iron pipe in the basement. They broke the pipe off trying to get it open. They sent the snake in and couldn't get it out. They cut off the snake and left it in the drain. They told me the pipe was collapsed after hand digging. I excavated the pipe and found they just backed the snake. The only thing wrong was the vent pipe was clogged. They destroyed my plumbing system and didn't fix the simple issue.

I called Drain Remedy to find out why i was getting a septic smell away from my septic tank. They came the same day and used a camera to detect a leaky pipe out near the distribution box. They excavated the pipe later that day and repaired the brake. I am very happy they took care of my problem in such a quick manner. Thank you Drain Remedy.
