        Professional, honest, timely, respectful of property and truly an industry expert! Emmanuel responded to our home twice for plumbing emergencies. He literally calmed my anxiety due to a flooded downstairs from his visit. 2nd visit was a larger job that ended up being fixed by our City due to blocked main pipe. Emmanuels tenacity and dedication to support us from the beginning to the end of this job even though it was beyond his control was the epitome of customer service excellence. We will always call him to service our home. Lastly, his memory of his first visit even though almost a year a part was amazing. He kept a mental record!

        Emmanuel is the man, I had an emergency situation at a tenant property with water flooding the basement and he made time for me the same night from 7:30PM to 10PM. Genuine guy, fair pricing, will definitely be using his services again.

        I've been having this issue with my dishwasher not draining correctly, for over 4 months and this was driving me nuts. Everytime we do dishwashing , after a couple days the water comes back and sits at the bottom. Me personally I had to remove the water manually and if i don't, the water would get very smelly. I decided to call Emma Plumbing and Drain Services, same day, one of the plumber names Emmanuel came in to the house respectfully and looked the dishwasher plumbing setting and right away he pointed out the problem to me and said I'll let you do it yourself and explained to me how to do it. The problem was, the tube that connects from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal needed to raise up and because it was too low, the garbage disposal soaked back all the water when the dishwasher not in use. He said, once you do it, that will fix your problem. Effectively after I did exactly what he told me to do. The water does not back anymore. Thank you so much Emmanuel, and thank you Emma Plumbing and Drain Services. Any plumbing issue I might have in the future, you will be the first one to call
