When ordering over the phone, the person on the other end could not take an order. I had to repeat my order 3 or more times, along with my phone number and address. To the point that someone else had to get on the phone so I could give them my order and information. Told 45 minutes for delivery, an hour and 45 minutes later our food was delivered nice and COLD.

Welcoming area
Great service
Food was terrible.
Had a steak n cheese with mozzarella sticks.
Ive constantly been on the toilet with diarrhea multiple times . I've never had an experience like this from any restaurant . Im aware restaurants have to put laxatives in food for customers. But this doesnt even feel like that. Im not sure if its the grease or the steak but hopefully its gets resolved.
