        I LOVE the customer service here but the steak and cheese needs seasoning. The chicken cutlet was better the last time we got it and the pizza is average. I'm so disappointed because I love these guys they're always so nice but there is absolutely no taste on my steak and cheese sub! Ugh

        They charged me $3 extra dollars then the receipt said and the delivery driver argued with me and wouldnt leave till I gave him the $ there rude and ignorant

        First time here, ordered takeout. The pizza was horrible, as it was cold and greasy. The garlic bread was like two bricks, making them almost inedible. The chili was not hot enough and in a small container that wasn't filled to the top. So for the money($6 plus tax), it wasn't close to being worth it. The spinach pie (Spanakopita) was so greasy you could drain the grease and use it on the side as a dipping sauce. Update: I've never ordered through Doordash in my life and never will. So, their records are either wrong or something else is going on.

      Hello Bryce, I apologies for my driver's behavior. the $3 was for the extra sides of Ranch that you added after placing the order; we should have reprinted the receipt with the updated price. Unfortunately because of the extreme price increases on our dressing we are obliged to charge for extra dressings.       We are so sorry you had bad experience. We looked into your order and it seems you ordered through DoorDash. DoorDash drivers sometimes take a long time to deliver the orders because they either are doing multiple deliveries or because DoorDash doesn’t push them to deliver faster. We are unable to control them. However, if you order directly through us, we have in-house delivery drivers and we make sure they deliver the food on time while it’s still hot. Please call and ask for Lee, and I will to accommodate you as much as I can.
