On the rare occasion that they actually contact you when they say they will, you can be assured that critical information will be incorrect, such as the names or dates on the lease, and of course any corrections will take an absurd amount of time to be made. In addition, you can expect a property manager who lies to appraisers directly in front of tenants who know what is being said is false. Any requested work for the property has a very high chance of being totally ignored until the owner of the property notes it and it can no longer be ignored, at which point you will not be given proper notice of such repairs, and the people brought in to perform these jobs will be unprofessional, lazy, and rude. Do not expect anyone to take responsibility or even express sympathy for your struggling with their incompetence.

Kinross supported us in our apartment on 1463 Beacon St. that we lived in for 3 years and we couldn't be happier with them.  They were always quick and responsive to all maintenance requests.  They are very easy to work with.  We were very happy in our home and always felt well cared for.  Highly recommend them!

Recently moved into a property sight-unseen because of Covid-19, and ran into some unforseen maintenance issues. Kinross was extremely good about helping to remedy the issue and did so in a quick and professional manner. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Brighton area!

I lived in one of the units managed by Kinross, specifically Matt Kenser for the 20 months.  I don't think you'll find another amazing landlord like Matt. I would never have moved out due to how great of an experience we had, but my roommates and I decided to move in with our significant others. Working with Kinross real estate was a breeze compared to previous landlords I used to deal with. Matt and his team are extremely friendly, responsive with their communication whether It be an emergency on a weekend or a light bulb needing to be fixed during a week day; they were always on It! We are going to miss living here for sure!

Kinross has been the best property management company Ive ever worked with. Just wrapped a 3 year rental before moving out of state. They were fast, accommodating, professional, and just plain good at what they do. If only all property managers handled their business like Kinross does.
