Carl has sold two properties for me. One was an apartment complex and the other an office building. I was very happy with both outcomes and Carls professionalism . Actually did not take long to get the properties sold and Carl took care of all the necessary requirements. I would not hesitate to use Carl again and highly recommend him to anyone .

Working relationship was complementary. Not many miscommunications. Everything reduced to written form. The listings, offers, counter-offers, estimates, proforma, and sales executions went smoothly to mutual benefit of both parties. Would use Carl Christie and Dan McGee again should the need arise.

I have used Carl on two occasions to sell properties and both times he has brought excellent buyers and made sure that everything went smoothly from listing through closing. My first sale with Carl was back in the 80's where he helped me sell a multifamily property in Framingham. This was my first commercial sale and Carl educated me on the relevant issues, negotiated a price that I was happy with and got us to closing with no issues. More recently, Carl was my broker for the sale of a mixed use complex in Jamaica Plain in 2022, where he delivered a high quality buyer very close to asking price. When potential sticking points came up in either deal Carl calmly helped me navigate through them and get to a favorable outcome. If I sell another property it will be with Carl.
