Dory is an absolute gem! She has helped me with purchasing a condo and later renting out that condo after she helped me purchase a home outside the city. Dory is a joy to spend time with, which is really important during a house hunt! She is super knowledgeable about all things home related and pointed out things to me during walk-throughs that I never would have thought of. She makes the process seamless and is incredibly responsive. On top of that, she truly understands the type of commitment home buying and renting are and will never pressure you to move on something. Ive already recommended Dory to friends in the area and would 10/10 recommend her again!

Dory Noll made what I thought was impossible, the easiest experience ever. Dory was a pleasure to work with on selling our house. She was efficient, calm, knowledgable, listened to our needs and in one week I had a full price offer. The marketing was so great that The Boston Globe featured the house as Home of the Week! Moving is traumatic no matter the circumstances but Dory somehow managed to make our move a breeze. I highly recommend working with Dory Noll!

Dory is my friend and to take on our purchase/sale was a big undertaking. She held on for almost 7 months. Always patient, always kind. She is meticulous and would never force you into a situation that doesnt work. Great connections, knowledge, flexibility and her CEO, Rose, is the one to impress!

Dory helped me find the perfect house! It was a new experience for me and the first house I put an offer in on had 20+ offers. But Dory worked with my hectic schedule and found a house in the neighborhood I wanted that was the perfect size and price. The house was old and had some issues that needed addressing and she was able to negotiate with the seller to have them fixed. I looked at a number of houses and Dory really got to know me and what I was looking for and helped make buying my first home so seamless. I couldnt recommend working with her enough!

Dory was very thorough and attentive in her search for an apartment for me. She was able to work diligently and send me apartments that I could afford in this pricey Boston housing market. We were able to discuss and lay out the requirements I needed for an apartment. I mainly work from home so it was essential to find an apartment that was good for me. Subsequently, she was able to locate an apartment within the requirements that we set. I would highly recommend her.
