I have been working with James on multiple occasions, and consulted James for a little while now (5-years) on many subjects I needed help with, he was always helpful and available to answer questions I throw at him. The entire team - ones I worked with - (James, Austin and Michael) are very knowledgeable. And we know Knowledge = time/money savings. Be sure that whoever you work with in this team, you will be in good hands. Also, I have specifically worked with Austin/Michael on rental management, he has been very responsive and on top of all the requests/calls and other major initiatives to manage effectively. They are so far the best in the area to help you with many of your real estate projects or property management.
