I urge you to just go on their website before you engage with these people so you can physically see the lack of professionalism in this business before you waste your time engaging with them. I would consider a middle schooler a more capable realtor. There are so many more capable and wonderful realtors in the Boston area that have reputable businesses. These guys are not it. The president, Eric Rubin, is a complete jerk and a nightmare to deal with. These people will not help you find a property and will just waste your time. I highly recommend you checking out more established realtors in the area. I wish I could give them zero stars. Take your business elsewhere.

If youre thinking about trusting this agency with finding you a property dont. Their agents, namely Joshua Portnoff, publicly announces his lack of respect for human rights. Would you trust people like that with finding you a good home? I know I wouldnt.

If you need a place to stay in Boston you should probably talk to these guys. These guys have had my back from the days of apartment hunting to buying our first investment property in Roslindale and drafting leases and taking care of the details of property management afterwards. Throughout the process of purchasing I enjoyed the best resources and consultation in all aspects of financing and logistics; I learned a lot from these guys. I was never pressured into a poor decision and felt well guided along the way; and I had a great time riding around in a car with my boy Adam. Upon the day of showings when I finally found my spot, Adam had an itinerary and mapped out waypoints, I was impressed. We decided not to go the route of multi-family and opted for a single townhome instead, and the team facilitated an efficient closing. This group will work hard for you, thanks Eric.
