Received excellent service at the Mark by the mediate management team including the lead concierge, maintenance person, property manager, and repair team who were responsive to an emergent situation, and quickly resolved the issue at hand.

Mediates responsiveness is in a league of its own. Theres no one better. Even more, the answer is always yes, we can do that regardless of the question. In particular, Hasan is an absolute joy to work with.

Terrible experience. Mediate Management Company recently took over management of my building and its been downhill ever since. Firstly, after several racial incidents with other tenants, and having to call the police, Mediate Management Company did not respond to any of my calls or emails where I expressed concern for my safety. Ever! Secondly, their maintenance men constantly entered my apartment with no notice or emergencies happening. Just constantly barging in for no good apparent reasons. I am so thankful I had a security system installed, and was able to properly document this happening. They set my alarms off so many times, I am sure the police were tired of coming out to my apartment. Again, when I reached out to Mediate Management about this, they did not respond. Finally, I had emailed and called, two weeks prior to my rent being due, to let them know I would be withholding my rent until they contact me about my prior calls and emails regarding my safety in the building. Instead of being empathetic and understanding, the first response I ever received from them, was from their lawyer Carolyn Turner (Ashton Law PC) telling me I will be evicted and not able to renew my lease, and threatening to take me to court for withholding my rent. She then tried to force force me to have a conversation with her over the phone, and when I told her several times I would rather communicate through email, so that I had her and MMCs responses documentedshe stopped responding. When I stated I welcomed the opportunity to hash this out in court, she did not respond. This is a terrible company, racist, and money hungry. The only reason they have high reviews is because they beg their tenants from luxury properties and property owners who pay them well to write standout reviews. Awful company and they should be ashamed of themselves.
