        I paid 1700.00 brokers fee to get the apartment I lived in. The broker Coleen K. showed me an unit that belonged to an old friend of hers Karen P. and said it was still not listed and that she was a great landlord. Karen P. and her sister Pam P. were very far from that. Not only they entered my unit more than once, giving me no privacy, but they also led me on believing they would return my security deposit when I moved to California and never did. Both the realtor and the landlords stopped answering my calls leaving me no choice other than sue the landlord in small claims court. I do not recommend this realtor group as they do business with corrupt landlords they call friends.
