Very unprofessional agency and incredibly difficult to work with. We were interested in renting an apartment and had been submitting the necessary materials and asked for a lead inspection given there was a clause in the lease we were asked to sign. Upon asking, their tone immediately changed and the agent Victoria called us quite upset and mentioned they would have not have gone forward with us if they knew we would be "difficult" and ask for a lead inspection on the property. In the following days we were notified (after sending a deposit, notarized forms, a lengthy application) that we were rejected. While trying to get more information about our rejection, they began declining our calls and avoiding us. They mentioned our group was uncoordinated and not submitting forms in a timely manner which makes for bad tenants. This is untrue they never specified a deadline for the forms and we had been actively communicating with them daily about the progress of our application submission. It is our belief they would have moved forward if we had not asked about a lead inspection. I would not trust this agency or their properties to value the health of their tenants or be professional. Avoid at all costs!! When I called management to talk about our rejection they said "You're taking too long to submit" and hung up within 30 seconds while I was still talking.

They don't return calls or emails. If I were a client and the agent who represents me doesn't return calls from perspective buyers, I would be very concerned...
