Terrible service. If you ask any sort of question, you will get scolded, no matter how kind and respectful you are to the staff. Today, I was told “it’s not our problem” when they could not track a very expensive package. Also, don’t expect anyone to answer the phone during business hours.

The experience is kind of weird. Some of them try to be nice but if you ask few questions they aren’t gonna answer properly.

The person at the front counter was not only extremely rude, but also discriminats against disabled customers. I myself have bad social anxiety and have headphones on to cope with that. She refused to serve me until I took them out, even after I explained my situation. It wasn't just me the front counter was like this to. The customer in front of me was blind, was carrying a blind cane, and she was extremely rude to him as well. Refusing to help him (like refusing to help him put tape on his package even after he requested help) untill he made clear EVERY step of the way that he was blind and requires help. This is not the type of service ANYONE should recieve. I'm very disappointed, expecially since this is a recurring problem for me.

I came here on 11/19/2018 @ 3pm and it was without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced . I have to think that any positive reviews of this place are fake. With 10+ people in line, one of the two people doing package intake walked into the back room and blatantly stood around chatting with two other coworkers. The one woman left at the counter was plodding through the computer system, taking as much as 10 minutes per customer. I left after 30+ minutes.
