Went here for the first time and shady, overweight, white guy asked me what I was mailing. I said earrings. I mailed them to my friend in France. Is it a coincidence that my friend received her package, but no earrings? I mail her stuff all the time, never had anyone steal the contents of my mail until now and pretty sure he did it. 😤

I use this post office a lot since I work nearby and it is hands down the worst. Long line ALL the time with one slow lady who walks back and forth from a desk in the middle of the space(?) despite desks being available where the actual packages are. Its almost like a comedic parody in the vein of Mr Bean. It’s absurd, watching her slooooowly walk the entire length of the office, pull out her keys, find the right key, disappear for an indeterminate amount of time while presumably getting someone’s package/mail, Walk aaaall the way back, and ever so slowly accept payment for the transaction while 10 people are in line waiting and watching. Then watching her do it all over again for the next person. It’s agony and it’s like this every single day. I wish I could negative stars.

I had an appointment and the person did not show up....very rude staff. When I asked the girl who was at the desk where the other employee was - she said: she is a different person than me...I waited for 30 minutes and she still did not show up.

Staff Debby is the best USPS staff I've seen, she is very nice, patient and careful. I am grateful to her help
