Regus - Massachusetts, Boston - Federal Street

Same issues as with prior reviews. Over 2 years ago, they moved my account from another location to Federal Street without my authorization, thus I canceled my account with a representative over the phone. However, they have kept billing me stating the new policy is that I must cancel "Automatic Renewal" online. I no longer have any access online nor have I received any correspondence since my cancellation. They keep billing me anyway even though I never used the service at all and never renewed since I can not get access to my account. Now I have a large balance. Beware of this "automatic renewal until cancellation online" policy. No one would help you beyond telling that policy.

Buyer beware! Just got a call from collections after already speaking with regus on a separate occasion i went in to do some work and purchased one of the multi day passes, after a few months regus tried to charge my cc for almost a 300$ membership (nice try!) and now they have sent me to collections even tho i never agreed or signed a contract in which id be liable for a month to month membership! They are professional scam artists here to nickle and dime you just so u can plug in a screen and work! How messed up , will file with BBB If this is not resolved

Worst company to do business with. They dont respect the pandemic and will charge you so for it. no matter what! No stars Regus is a NO GO

They are awful! Regus encourages you to pay automatically with your credit card and they overcharged us more than once and then took forever to return money. We are waiting on a retainer refund as they call it to get around the security deposit laws innMassachusetts but even in their agreement it says they will return it within 30 days. 60 days later still waiting for refund and they are telling us it could be another 60 days. GO TO We Works!!!!

The location is prime and definitely unbeatable! Moreover, the front desk staff is awesome! Both are always smiling, attentive and on their game. This is a great Regus location for sure and I always recommend to friends and colleagues that use or express interest in the Regus Community. Great job guys!
