Park Plaza Executive Centre

After looking at several office spaces in Boston for my business, I decided on Park Plaza Executive Center. Location and the historic building were key. However, the service, professionalism, and caring of the staff, are the reasons Manzi Personal Property Appraisers continues to lease at Park Plaza Executive Center. Lindsey and Jen are phenomenal and are always there to put tenants safety and comfort first (fresh bagels and treats each Wednesday aren't bad either!). Highly recommend leasing at Park Plaza Executive Center!

20 Park Plaza is an impeccably managed building that will exceed your expectations over any professional building in Boston. Highly maintained, grand entrance with marble floors, beautiful and chandelier. This building is a secure building, keeping you and your clients safety and anonymity at the forefront. There is no shortage of staff, anything you need, they are there to help you. Being in Boston for over 20 years, Ive never had such care, exceptional service, professionalism, and experience with a professional building like this. Lindsey and Jennifer who work for the building are AMAZING! Always friendly, always willing to help, very knowledgeable and are always there for your needs. Lisa Sanders and The Saunders Building Group are beyond professional, they truly are kind, honest, fair, transparent, just really wonderful people. I feel lucky to be a tenant of theirs.

My firm is a long-time tenant at the Park Plaza, and we leased two workstations in Suite #535 in order to keep our staff socially distanced. It was an efficient way to keep everyone on-site safely. Every staff member who used it was very productive while there, and all said it was a pleasant and quiet workspace. We would not hesitate to take advantage of that space again.

I've been a tenant at the Park Plaza Executive Centre (PPEC) for decades. The location is phenomenal as its close to local transportation, shops, restaurant's and the theater district. But what I like most about the PPEC is the exceptional staff and support. A special shout out goes to Lindsey and Jennifer who are a pleasure to work with.
