        Been here for 10 Months, Great Value, Only Complaint : Employees can be incompetent, and rude after you just made several unnecessarily displays of politeness towards them, but this is a rare occassion, The manager Jason Irving always straightens things out and is a very genuine guy to deal with in this industry.

        I can't express how horrible this company is (REGUS which owns Spaces). We just CANNOT CANCEL OUR MEMBERSHIP. We sent SEVEN emails asking to cancel our membership and canceled our membership on their client portal. And they still send us monthly invoices and harrass by phone. And yes, we communicated with their customer support who told us we missed the window to cancel our membership (which was 3 months prior to the expiration date!). I mean... we just want to cancel. I can't believe the company has not been sued yet by their customers. Please search for REGUS reviews online.

        Spaces is owned by Regus, a company with horrible money-oriented management. It is impossible to cancel your account, even in the midst of global pandemic, even if you're not using their services, even if your company cannot pay. You just CAN NOT CANCEL. They will keep charging you, they will go after you wtih credit collectors. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID at all costs. Choose Wing, choose WeWork, choose anything else but just NOT REGUS. NOT SPACES.
