        THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR TRADE and ARE RUDE, I talked to four staff in this place and I should have given up earlier. Yes, you can switch from pre-paid to post-paid in the store instead of calling 611. Yes, the balance you have on your pre-paid plan can be credited to the post-paid. Yes, you can know exactly when you will be billed and when your data will be renewed. And that dude, please, when your customer went away for a moment because he thought you couldn't help (where you should if you had proper training) and tried to come back, instead of arguing about where he went, politely asked him to wait a bit and arranged so that he would be next in line.

        On October 8, 2023, I bought a cell phone in the name of Aida Patricia Delgado with Trans# CTLJ30HJY92276,...and today when I want to open an account at T-Mobile, they ask me for a PIN that they had to give me in their store.
