I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had during my visit. On December 5 2023 at approximately 5h30 Pm, I visited the store with the intention of redeeming the T-Mobile holiday glass through the T-Mobile Tuesday app, following the successful redemption of my offer. However, I encountered a discrepancy in the information provided by a customer service representative at the store. The representative informed me that I needed to purchase T-Mobile home internet to qualify for the free cup, contrary to the terms outlined in the T-Mobile Tuesday app. I was surprised and disappointed by this information, especially considering the attached picture I took at the store clearly shows the promotion details. I believe this discrepancy in information is misleading and does not align with the terms presented in the T-Mobile Tuesday app. I value T-Mobile as my service provider, and I trust that such inconsistencies are not representative of your company's usual standards. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and an explanation for the misinformation provided at the Dorchester store. Additionally, I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, whether it be receiving the promised item or clarification on the eligibility criteria. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
