Onyx Boston Downtown

The hotel was good the people tried to be helpful. Only problem was a new person's checked us in and didn't check us in on the system. She ended up giving our room to another customer... They came into our room.. they were very aplogetic but still makes you uneasy! Otherwise it was walking distance from TD center and north end where you can get some fabulous food!!

Clean location. Staff was very nice. Down falls : There are no good room views & you have to vallet your vehicle. There isn't any free parking.

Not happy Supposed 4 star hotel.NO WAY. We're not told at check-in about Breakfast Had to get our own toilet paper In room refrigerator space but No fridge.had to call to get one In room phone did not work. Requested in room cleaning. Not done..garbage overflowing Staff is very cooperative.saving Grace of this place if it wasn't For them it would be less than. 2 stars.booked with Booking.com..total price including 14.95% tax shows As $ 1099.00.no indication Of $105.00 add on tax..disgraceful. Will not stay here again

Bed was so uncomfortable!! And pillows were awful! And heard the train all night! Very clean! Courteous staff!

The room is fine. The staff is fine. At midnight on a Friday, it sounds like there is a frat party in my room. The yelling and music, is unbearable and I’m told it’ll go on until the bars close in two hours. I can’t believe I’m paying $300 a night for this. Do not stay during the weekend.
