        Whether he is the owner or an employee, the clerk was disgustingly rude. There is obviously something wrong with him based on his behavior toward customers. Inexcusable and uncalled for. Never again with I walk into any True Value store knowing the type of people that service this organization.

        Thrilled with my recent experience at Economy True Value. I had the pleasure of purchasing some bolts for a bed, and I must say, the level of service and truly exceeded my expectations. They took the time to understand my project's requirements and guided me towards the perfect bolts for the job, even though my purchase was just a humble $4.
