I will never do business with this place again. Rent a car in 2022 for a few days when my car was in repair. Nobody walked through the rental car with me as they should have done before they rent it me. After I returned the car, there were a few minor rubbing signs found at the front of the car. I drove the car only for work and didnt have any problem. I have a personal parking lot at work, have an indoor garage at home, so the chance that the car was damaged when I rent it was minimal. I explained to the manager who expressed his understanding. I was told that the employee who rent the car to me was a new emploee in training. She didnt do her job right. I didnt need to worry about it. Then after one and half years, I received an email from this company, saying that I was totally responsible to the damage.

Convenient location and courteous staff. After-hours drop off available. Any time I have voiced questions or concerns, they have been resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Staff remembered my face over multiple visits and rentals, very personalized service. Higher price point than Avis, Budget, or Hertz, but you get what you pay for!
