        Stole my 208.00$ SSI check,!!!!! Can't get much lower.a 70 y/o disabled guy , they must think that is funny..a couple of good guys.. Douglas is awesome and his female colleague.there is a gal downstairs who is very professional.

        This was an awesome bank to do business with but now it is the worst. You call the branch and nobody answers. You call the automated customer service and you have a forty five minute wait. They are welcoming new HSBC customers!! They should try to accommodate the ones they already have..... Time for a new bank.
