Back 2000, I was referred to Hicks Autobody by a dear friend. I've been doing business with them ever since then. Like his father, Willie Hicks Sr. (March 21, 1937-January 5, 2023), who started the business back in the 1970s, Willie Hicks Jr. is a consumate professional. Hicks Autobody Shop is well known in the autobody repair field and in the community at large. He does business with most major insurance companies and rental car agencies in/around the Boston area and beyond. He also assists with your auto/rental drop offs and pick ups, ensuring that it's conducive to your schedule. His auto repair technicians pay close attention to detail, handling your car with the utmost care, as if it were their own. When the job is complete, your car is not only fully repaired, but completely cleaned inside and out. The front office is fast-paced and his customer care team is very knowledgeable and professional. They guarantee that each customer receives the highest quality of customer care/service (if necessary, they'll contact your insurace company/rental car agency on your behalf for additional information). They make certain that all of your documentation is accurate, and you'll receive a copy of all of your paperwork when the job is completed. I was in an accident back in November and I brought in my vehicle to Hicks. Not only did they provide me with excellent communication, but they also saved me some funds when trying to get my vehicle back to the body shop. The vehicle looked good as new and even when I had a mirror incident a few weeks later they were able to fix it as well. Thank you Mr. Hicks for your amazing customer service and my swag bag. They even redid some paint that I scratched myself and refilled my windshield wiper fluid. You can trust Willie and his team with your car, they do a great job.

I have nothing, but good things to say about this body shop. They were professional from the beginning until even after the end. The owner is just such a gentleman it is so rare to find businesses like this these. I wish them many, many, years because we need this. I would definitely recommend them and utilize them again in the future.
