Paul and the whole team went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. My Subaru looked even better than it did before the accident. They were fast and professional, and never talked down to me, I really felt like they were on my side when dealing with the insurance company. I really can't say enough good things, they took a stressful situation and made it much easier.

Great job not only on replacing the glass and the wiper motor but giving me back my car cleaner then it has been since I bought it new. And I have a dog. Great price also.

Allston Collision Center was able to take care of everything my car needed and were quick to respond when I had a question or a concern. Most autobody shops leave a little to desire with respect to operations and customer experience. This place was different from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted immediately by a friendly and knowledgable receptionist and introduced to an appraiser straight away. My first visit lasted about 8 minutes and I left with all of the information I needed to get the process with my insurance claim started. Paul was my primary point of contact and held my hand every step of the way from appraisal to taking my car in as quickly as they could so I didn't have to park on the street with an expired inspection sticker to handling all of the contact with my insurance company. The repair took slightly longer than anticipated but Paul kept contact with me from week to week to keep me updated and when i picked my vehicle up, BOOM, my inspection sticker was up to date along with my repaired mirror and door. I never spoke to my insurance company beyond filing my original claim. This place really has set a new standard of expectation for autobody expriences and has earned a lifelong customer so long as I am within driving distance. Thanks Allston Collision Center!!!!
