I feel extremely irritated by the poor maintenance issues and check-in experience in this apartment: I submitted the service requests twice to have the maintenance fix the window lock in my unit but the problem is left unresolved for 2 months since November 2022. This makes the air circulation of the room highly suppressed that makes my sleeps get worse. Also, when we moved in to the unit, it took them 1 week more than promised time to deliver the entrance and mailbox keys. This makes our apartment living very inconvenient. Not recommend!

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A Google REVIEW IN MY LIFE, but I have never been more frustrated and disrespected by a call center or talked to in any customer service line. The maintenance office is extremely rude. They picked up the phone for my emergency maintenance and cut me off in the middle of my first sentence when I was telling them the problem. They told me to hold for a long time without explaining why. I tried calling a couple of times but they did not answer the phone for a long time. When I finally got to talk to the staff, she answered the phone with an attitude. When I tried to explain my problem, she rudely interrupted and told me she did not need to hear the noice of my broken fan. I have lived in many apartment buildings and the maintenance service is the WORST here. I would not recommend this place if you a expecting to receive friendly service after you sign the lease.

The management in this building is awful, incompetent and rude. My apartment was entered multiple times without notice, including times when I was asleep after working overnight. The trash room was consistently dirty with flies, and no attempt was made to address this concern. Packages are dropped off at a security desk that is not part of the building, and if you don't pick it up the day it is delivered you are told "you need to pick up your packages sooner, or we will send it back to the delivery service" (instead of notifying you in any way that the package has arrived...so if you have a package sent by a relative or friend as a surprise you will never know it is there). They had no respect of COVID concerns. They asked me to renew my lease 6 months in advance with an email giving me 12 hours notice that if I did not resign they would post it for rent. Fire alarm will go off at random times day or night, and will not be turned off for hours.
