28 Exeter at Newbury

I had a wonderful experience living at 28 Exeter. Everyone from the concierge team to Garland, Camilla, and Jose, is simply amazing and goes above and beyond. Each department is highly professional, attentive, and friendly. The building puts on the best events! Whether its a Belgian waffle food truck just because or a pumpkin decorating night for Halloween, theres always something new and fun happening! Their holiday parties are fantastic and hands down my favorite. You cant beat living in the heart of Back Bay (especially in a building with a brand new rooftop & amenity space)!

Truly amazing place to live in Boston: prime location in the center of Back Bay, super friendly and attentive staff always eager to help and improve, immediate maintenance responses, spectacular roof deck and lounge with unparalleled view of BackBay, boutique ambiance with attention to details, and superb amenities. Cant ask better than this.

I'm so happy I made the choice to live at 28 Exeter. Everyone here, from my neighbors to everyone at the front desk, Garland, Camilla, Jose--the entire team is incredible. It's an extremely well-run and professional building. You cannot beat the location but what makes this place a stand-out is the people. The new lounge and gym are extra special.

Weve lived here for four months, and its been a wonderful experience. The apartments themselves are very nice, and the location cannot be beat. The staff that works here is fantastic. They are extremely friendly and attentive. I cannot imagine living anywhere else in Back Bay. This place is the best!

Could not be happier with 28 Exeter - everyone from the concierge team, maintenance and management is incredibly friendly and helpful no matter the time of day. The location is unbeatable and the apartments are great, many of which have new finishes and flooring. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live in Back Bay!
