        Thank you, Mr. Nico Cornelio for the great help and support! My daughter is studying at Umass Boston and she and her roommate stay in the Peninsula for almost two semesters now, and this building is in the best location of the Umass Boston campus, and the apartment is quite spacious and well equipped and provide a very comfortable living and easy commute to the school buildings. Especially I would like to thank Mr. Cornelio, the assistant manager. He showed the apartments to our kid and her roommate patiently and explained all the things about the surrounding, and he helped us from the beginning from signing lease to arranging for payments; in addition, he offers his great help and support when we need to extend the lease by a week and other issue very friendly and professionally; besides, he handled the procedure in a very efficient way and made things smoothly done. Thank you! Mr. Cornelio.

        Great experience so far. Easy rental application process. Everything gets done online. Jessica is super helpful. Amenities are great like pool, gym, lounge and laundry. I give it a 5 because my key didnt work so that was a little frustrating but the staff quickly helped me solve that the next day. When we moved in there was damage to some things like the fridge, cabinet, floor, but we noted all that on our rental agreement. Looking forward to a great 4 years at U Mass Boston and Peninsula!

        My friend was visiting and we went to grab a visited parking pass after parking at a VISITOR PARKING stop. We went upstairs to grab a jacket and by the time we went back, her car was towed. Its ridiculous! It cost us 163 cash to get it back! Its like they were just waiting outside to tow the car!

      Hi Chen Wen, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, as we appreciate all feedback. I’m sorry that your guest’s vehicle was towed, as I’m sure it was an inconvenience. With that said though our parking policy has been well advertised to all residents, so that this does not occur. It has been emailed out many times since the policy changed in April of this year and the memo is posted all over the property. These rules are set in place to keep order and to keep others from abusing the visitor parking, so that when your guests arrive there are places for them to park onsite. The rules are very clear and must be, as the tow company does not know that you went to grab a jacket and visitor pass. In future I would suggest that you meet your guests with a visitor parking pass to ensure that your guest is not inconvenienced. As for the price to retrieve the vehicle we do not have control over what the tow company charges. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and if you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact the Leasing Office at 617.436.0005 or [email protected].
