The best, and this is the second time I’ve lived here! Great leasing and maintenance team s! Wonderful concierges. Special kudos to the concierge team. Love the location and amenities. Excellent home. 😊

There was initial misunderstanding when I signed up for the tour; however, the leasing manager was able to step up and find a solution. There were a few things in the apartment I asked to fix before my move-in date. Looking forward to moving into One Greenway and experiencing great service that current tenants mentioned in their reviews. I’ll update this review once I am a resident myself.

I’ve only been living in this building for about 3 months and I feel very much at home. The amenities are great and management has been taking COVID precautions very seriously. I love that this complex is pet friendly; One of our biggest worries was finding a home that accepted our two furry cats. The concierge team is really great, too. They’re the first people you see and go to for anything. Jen and Ben are absolutely amazing people and the members of the team I see interact with often. I’m so sad to hear that Jen is leaving; Her new place is so fortunate to have someone has warm as her!
I definitely recommend One Greenway to everyone including my friends. This is the place to be!

4 months in and still loving this place! Ben, Janet, Gary and everyone else here, including maintenance show superb customer service and goes out of their way to show that they care/and are listening. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Best apartment complex I’ve lived in! The staff are so friendly! If I email them, they respond in within 15 mins! They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable and remembers your name! Everything is very clean. I’ve only lived here for about 2 months but I’m already in love! Very grateful to have found this complex ❤️
