        DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPOSE YOUR FAMILY TO RODENTS MOLD AND ASBESTOS !!! Every work order you put in will be closed out from the property manager before your issue is addressed by maintenance . They break into your apartment and change the locks without adequate notice & When you break the lease they will try to sue you! 10/10 save yourself the massive headache and dont rent here.

        I have lived in Halstead for a year now, and it is fabulous. It's quiet, clean, and as a single mom, If feel very safe. Shawnee and Hailey in the office are always there if/when I need them and will answer any questions I have.

        This place is amazing me and my mother have Been living here many years thank you so so so much shawnee/ hailey for all your kindness and all that you do nobody can compare to you guys we love living here very much and looking forward to being here for another year

        The apartments are disgusting! Dirty not finished for your move in date! Went to move in and the unit was disgusting mold everywhere water damage on walls and closet doors! Floors so warped and not finished! Outdated appliances that barely work!!! Neighbors make noise complaints for walking around to loud!? Do not move here you will regret it!!!
