The Spirited Gourmet

Wow--If I could give 10 stars, I would! I wanted to do an original thank you gift for someone who worked a miracle for my very ill daughter, and I recalled an exceptional tasting experience at Chateaux Guirard in France that paired their Sauternes with beluga caviar that I wanted to recreate that for my friend. I called over a dozen high-end wine and food distibutors and couldn't find anyone who could curate this pairing (with one very perishable element) until I tried Spirited Gourmet. From my first interaction, I was impressed. They quickly verified that they could obtain the wine and then, while beluga is no longer available in the USA, they found the closest variant (Kaluga) and then interacted patiently with the recipients who were doing quite a bit of traveling. The General Manager, Laura Maloney, has set the bar extremely high for excellence--she even wrote out my thank you note in cursive to add to the package. Brava!

The closest place to me that sells bear butter so Im here a lot. Staff are always super friendly and they have a great selection of cheeses and specialty foods

We stopped by before close on a Sunday evening and were so glad we did! The staff were very helpful and friendly with any questions we had. Were moving to the neighborhood soon and are so excited to continue frequenting The Spirited Gourmet!
