Fly by night company that will cut corners to save a buck, including important safety LAWS that are designed to protect the customer. Also doesn't pay their subcontractors, so they end up reaching out to the customer that already paid Anastasi for that work.

Buyer Beware!! In February, we put a $8, 300 deposit on a Generac generator with Anastasi electric, with installation date in June. In June, we called the company and were told Generac was having "shipping problems". We called back in a couple of weeks (July) and were told the same thing and that they "never knew when the generators were coming". We called back a couple of weeks later and our messages (we called twice) were sent to voice mail. I called Generac to see if they knew when the generators were to be shipped. Generac said they had no shipping problems that if we ordered a generator in February, it should have been installed in June, also the electric company always knows when the generators were coming. Generac wanted to know our order number. We did not have one, they asked for the company name and number. Thirty minutes later I received an email from Stephanie at Anastasi saying our pad installation was all set for Wednesday. We called her back; she answered this time she said we had been playing phone tag all day. That was a lie we had been home all day and called her twice that morning. She said the pad install was all set. I asked about the generator, she said she did not know, and Chris (the owner) was on vacation. I told her do not do any work until I talk to Chris. Fifteen minutes later Chris called and said he found me a generator, I asked him where my generator was and what was my order number, he told me that was irrelevant. He said he could install this generator in a week. Having heard too many lies from this company, I cancelled the job and told him to send my money back that was July 21. Chris said we would have our money in one to two weeks. After more lies, we had to get the attorney general's office, the BBB and Helpmehank on channel seven involved for help. I thought we were going to have to take Chris to court to get our deposit back. Finally, on September second, we got our money back. Thanks to the attorney general's office and channel seven Helpmehand.
