I am so disappointed with this company. I used them before and Im not sure what change over the time so they became so greedy and they tried to get advantage when people needs heat in their house. I scheduled them during the daytime and they came late and they charged me $145 for emergency call. He spent five minutes in my house and 25 minutes outside in his vehicle so they can justify 30 minutes by using GPS in their vehicle. Few minutes later I receive invoice $2156. Changing the sensor and the pipe replacement and ignition. I checked the prices online total costs around $350 and if they can add 20% overhead cost. The material cost wouldnt be more than $500. And placing the sensors and cleaning up shouldnt take more than one hour. So if If they charge only $1000 that should be all right but $2156. they are using your misfortune for their advantage.
