I just wanted to drop a quick note about the great service I received this week on my Ford Explorer. The vehicle had a very complicated diagnostic process for determining my flashing check engine light issue, and I was able to easily work through the steps my local mechanic had already tried. I know trusting someone elses efforts isnt the easiest thing in the world, but your service advisor and technician were extremely helpful and though it took a few days to figure it all out, I am more than happy with the outcome. And then to top it all off, you guys delivered the vehicle to my house eliminating the hassle of having to go pick it up. Top notch! Thanks again so much for going above and beyond. Youve impressed me!

My car was making noises so I brought it to where I bought it. They had me drop it off at 8:45 a.m. and got me a free Lyft home. Then when I went back, they were just bringing my car in at 2 pm! That was the only time I could get a ride there. I said what's the sense of having an appt if 6 hours later is when you are checking it out! She apologized. I said that should be explained in the beginning of the conversation esp if I've never been there for service before. She agreed. I rescheduled the car to be fixed. I explained I wouldn't have a ride back and she said she would deliver my vehicle to me! Now that's excellent customer service!!
