I give this company 0 stars I just called to order an engine for a customer vehicle and the guy on the phone kept telling me to go on the Internet and when I called the other day the other person I spoke with was helpful and never asked me to go on the Internet then he said if I was going to be one of those people that always have a problem we could stop right now I then told him that I was not going to be talked to like that and still do business with his company and that now I will never buy anything from his company this guy should be fired he is a complete jerk

These guys put out a good quality product and stand behind what they do. They also provide good tech support. I have worked in shops that installed their products and so I have seen problems from time to time. However, from what I witnessed, the issue is often caused by the technician performing the installation more so than Jasper's products. That being said, the tech support ended up steering the technician/shop in the right direction. You can buy from here with confidence... As far as the pricing goes, you get what you pay for.
