I walked into the Andover location at about 1:30 to cancel an order I placed last summer for a Silverado EV which has not been released yet. Very nice showroom, completely empty of customers. Probably 10 offices around the perimeter, 5 occupied with someone on their computer. No one noticed my slowly walking by the offices while looking at some of the cars on display. Some offices had chairs facing away from their windows instead of looking towards their display area so they had no idea anyone was there. One office had a man and woman who looked like employees chatting with each other but didn't acknowledge me. Another had a man in the next office who looked like a customer waiting for help. Another had an 80-something year old staring at his computer half facing sideways towards me but took no notice. Another older fellow walked right by me and said "hello" but not "can I help you?" Unbelievable. Finally I just walked out, not having talked to anyone. I called their phone number as I drove away and a very nice woman forwarded me to whom she said was the GM. I left a clear voice message (but could barely understand his mumbled name) requesting a call back and explained why. Three hours later still no phone call. BTW, I'm middle-aged and dressed well. If that's how they treat their prospects, I can't imagine how they treat their customers. Perhaps that's why the showroom was empty. If I were Bill DeLuca I'd be rips***.

Scott with the Bill Deluca Cadillac service team was fantastic! Scott was my personal contact for a major repair to my SUV that was covered under my Cadillac warranty. He was super communicative, he set me up with a great loaner car, and went through the vehicle in a timely manner returning it to me well before they originally estimated. Scott got my truck into service super quick even with the holiday season. This is exactly the type of customer relationship you want with a dealer. Would highly recommend Scott and the service department and will be returning again. Thank you, Scott!

My wife and I recently bought a truck from this location. I never felt pressured and the process was painless. This is counter to my usually experience with other dealerships. I shook hands on the deal within an hour and never regretted it. Will be out first stop when looking for our next vehicle.
