Just bought our third vehicle in 5 years from them! Love working with this team. Only dealership my parents or I choose to work with. They are so nice, they take their time and explain things, they never made us feel rushed or pushed to make a decision, and they are fair negotiators. Marc is so fun to chat with and knows all the vehicles on the lot so well. John is very fair when pricing and negotiating trade-in value. Most people dread going car shopping, I actually looked forward to going in and seeing this team. Highly recommend this dealership.

People were friendly, however front front splash shield were not I stalled correctly. Will have to be brought back.

Brought Tahoe in for oil change, tire rotation and filters. When I picked it up, three tires were overinflated to 38psi instead of the required 35psi. I rechecked at home the next day and still the same. I then had to personally let air out and adjust pressure to required psi. I mentioned in text to service but no response. Also, there were three maps on the passenger side floor that had fallen out of the glovebox where I keep them. Why was somebody going into my glovebox? They must have gone through things in there for the maps to fall out. And then why wouldn't they at least pick them up instead of leaving them on the floor? Very troubling and disappointing. Again, I texted to the woman who sent the first "how did we do" text and she said she would forward to service but no response. Doesn't seem like Deluca's cares at all.
