Donna is the BEST tax service person I have ever had. She is friendly, personable, and so fast, all in the same time! I have been consistently satisfied with her for 3 years straight. I highly recommend her and this place!!

Went here back in April to get my taxes done and while initially it was a positive experience it has now turned into a horrible one. Something went wrong after I gave them my banking info and paid them $200+. They said that I was all set and everything was filed but a little over a week or two later I get a letter in the mail saying my payment wasnt submitted. I then owed another $500 in late fees, interest as well as a $62 processing fee I had to pay.
I went through client services to try and recoup the money but after speaking to me and saying that they would give me a refund they send me a check for $70. Now they wont even respond to me when I try to ask them how they see $70 as fair. If youre looking to have someone do your taxes go pay Turbo tax but safe yourself the risk and dont use H&R Block.
Horrible customer service and really disappointed in how they handled this entire issue.
