This is the first time I used H&R Block app to file taxes and I am never coming back. I will also recommend everyone I know to stay away from this. It's a scam, I tried to submit my taxes and it mentioned that It won't support a feature after I filled all the details and asked to choose a Tax Pro for another $100 on top of already paying $100 for their premium service. If your product doesn't support a feature, why should I pay for it. Now I am stuck in a position, where my federal is filed by H&R Block and their customer service is telling me that there is nothing they can do and I should find my own way to file state taxes. Also, they mentioned on their website that they guaranteed maximum refund, I was able to find other apps where my refund was more than theirs, charges were less and I was able to file both federal/state tax without asking extra money. Scammers!!
