Richie's installed our air cond system many years ago. When you call for service, (which is not very often), Rich calls back right away and his technicians are at the house within a few hours. My wife and I moved into a brand new condo at the end of 2018. We love our new place, but from the beginning, we complained to the builder that the HVAC system was too loud and made a whistling noise when it was running.The builder sent the original HVAC company to fix the problem several times, but they could never find what the noise was.He sent a third company, and they, too, could not figure it out. Our neighbors told us that Richie from Richie's Air Conditioning.and Heating had fixed a similar problem for them.We asked our builder to contact Richie, and on the first visit he figured out the problem and the solution. The next morning he fixed the whole problem !
