From day one, they had our steps laid out and were able to get us into a great property that checked a majority of our boxes. They were very responsive to any inquiries during the sale and closing process and made great recommendations on an insurance agency and attorney that saved us money vs. other quotes we got. After going through the process of buying a house from a seller that Nocher represented I understand now how selling a property at ANY cost matters to the agent. The number of times where I was given half the story or information that really wasn't the accurate facts coming to light regarding my new home seems to grow almost daily. I would never recommend these agents for anyone wanting an experience they can stand by and feel good about... do your homework before moving forward when dealing with these agents.

Sara with Nocher Realty was a fantastic realtor, she was there persistently through a long and tough home buying road during the bull market.
