I don't even know where to begin. The management here is absurdly unprofessional. Lived at these apartments twice for a total of 7 years and my last 2 years there were a living hell. "State of he art laundry facilities" is a total joke, people have posted pictures in the comments and those are generous pictures. The hallways and lobbies smell of mold and the carpets are from the 1980s. The walls and paint are peeling and completely yellow. The pool I highly doubt will ever be opened again yet they promote that as well. Parking is a massive issue since they don't care. I was lied to about my rent for 8 months. It took literal months of back and forth for these liars to finally admit I was on a different lease when they knew I was. Used to be a very quiet area but that changed drastically. You can find much higher quality apartments IN HAGERSTOWN for much cheaper. Why pay Frederick prices to live next to nothing? O and be sure ro know that if you tell anything personal to Jenny the landlord, she will go behind your back and tell other tenants about you. The reason I left was due to neighbors who were very loud all throughout the night. I had sent many videos showed them literal dozens and nothing was ever done. They had some random in our apartment ask them "o the neighbor thinks your being loud," one time. No instead they decide to tell these neighbors things about MY LIFE that should NOT have been told to them. Like when my lease ends, when I was moving, probably other things to. All this to say, be very careful if you do decide to live here. It's overpriced and they are not honest. Only speak with them through text/email so you have everything on record. Be safe.

Milestones rent used to be manageable but now its ridiculous. Since its been bought the new companies main concern is new renters especially retirees. Living here youre paying nearly three times as much as a mortgage and for what? For the amount of rent each apartment pays youd think theyd be able to fix issues but no you either have to be annoying to get your issues fixed or live with the problem. If you have a problem over the weekend it better be able to wait till Monday; the office is closed over the weekend and there isnt a maintenance or emergency line. The pool hasnt been addressed in five years and theres rumor theyre filling it in. The dog park is a joke, its so small, you can fit two large dogs at a time in that enclosure. And since this complex is dog friendly now, youll love listening to them stress bark on hours on end while theyre home alone. And when youre outside be sure to not walk in the grass due to residents not cleaning up after their dogs. The complex grounds are also littered with all kinds of garbage. So again youre over paying to live in a filth covered complex. The state of the art laundry facility is two washers and two dryers thats in the boiler room. The only state of the art thing about it is that you need an app to run the machines. More perks to living here; in the winter residents have to remove the snow and ice themselves. Snow removal isnt apart of the building maintenance job duties. If you require maintenance to fix something in your apartment you have to go onto the website because there isnt a maintenance phone line, and fill out a maintenance request which is basically a work order. You dont need to be detailed due to the fact that it wont be read anyways. After that someone from maintenance will contact you and make an appointment to come fix the issues. Theyll either be late or forget about it and never show up.
