Stood in line for over 10 minutes and wasnt acknowledged by a single staff member. I understand it was short staffed, but one staff member pointed at me to signal another staff member and neither actually greeted me awkward. They also do everything in their power to not just give you your prescription after an eye exam because they dont want you going anywhere else.

As someone who values their vision and expects nothing but the best in eye care, my recent visit to Vision works left me deeply disappointed. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I sensed an atmosphere of disorganization and indifference that set the tone for the entire appointment. First and foremost, the wait time was atrocious. Despite arriving promptly for my scheduled appointment. Not only was this an inconvenience, but it also spoke volumes about the clinic's lack of respect for their patients' time. Once I finally got called, I was greeted by a tech that did all of the things they normally do, however, the did a new test that checks the optic nerve. This was fine, but not ONCE was it told to me that there would be an additional out-of-pocket charge for said test. Permission was never obtained by myself, or my husband to do it. Cost was NEVER addressed. Now suppose we went there not expecting to pay for anything that day, as our routine visits are always covered at 100%. Furthermore, the equipment used during the examination appeared outdated and in need of maintenance. At one point, I even overheard the technician complaining about a malfunctioning device, which hardly inspired confidence in the clinic's commitment to quality care. There was a problem with the credit card machine, and it took the entire staff, well over an hour to figure it out. At some point, I would think a manager would have apologized and offered to collect payment at a later time. No, we had to sit and wait. Overall, my experience with VisionWorks was nothing short of disappointing. From the excessive wait times to the lackluster quality of care. It felt as if the entire team was struggling to their jobs, like they were all new. Which is totally fine, if we were advised of that, but they appeared to be 'seasoned" staff, but were almost clueless. I left the clinic feeling frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone seeking comprehensive eye care to look elsewhere, as VisionWorks falls short of even the most basic standards of professionalism and patient care.

Great service but ... change your hours. I rushed over to be here before 8pm as your hours list to pick up a pair of paid for glasses. Arrived at 705pm it was closed. I would never have driven the 30 mins if the hours were updated to show 7pm as closing time.
